SENIOR EXERCISE PROGRAMME


Mark Phillips Fitness for All operates an extensive exercise programme for older adults and for those with varying medical limiting conditions. We provide group classes of chair-based or standing exercise schedules for seniors across the West Midlands region.

We make our sessions filled with fun and relaxing. With the help of music and different equipment, we make the learning experience of our clients better. It gives us the joy to see the improvement in the mobility and fitness of our clients. In the process, we get to meet new people. Come and give it a go and you won't regret it. We have clients still with us who have been here since day one and still going strong.

PRIVATE SENIOR EXERCISE CLASSES


We provide exercise classes for older adults at Care and Nursing Homes. We send our instructor to your preferred locationand takes a session for 45 minutes to an hour depending on the requirements. We also provide seated exercise classes of music and mobility with specially designed mobility exercises to help people out with various medical conditions.

We have been providing exercise lessons for older adults for the last 15 years and have a very good reputation in this sector and would be happy to give you a free demo at your location to show you what it is all about.
