Make your two-week progress check-in useful

Progress support works best when it reflects what happened between reviews. ShapeShifters Pro includes progress reviews every two weeks after you submit your check-in, alongside your personal food and training guidance.

A review starts with the information you submit

Your check-in is the point at which you describe progress, practical difficulties and questions. Submit it every two weeks through the process provided to you. A review should not be assumed to happen from information you have not sent.

Complete any requested fields honestly and use the opportunity to explain changes in routine. A busy fortnight, an unavailable ingredient or an unfamiliar exercise can be more useful to discuss than a simple statement that the plan did not work.

Explain what you were able to follow

Describe the meals, shopping routine and workouts you managed, along with the parts that did not fit. Distinguish between an instruction you did not understand, a task you could not do and a choice you did not want to repeat.

This helps make the discussion specific. For example, explaining that a lunch could not be refrigerated at work gives Mark a clearer practical issue to consider than saying lunches were difficult. You do not need to hide interruptions or invent perfect compliance.

Look beyond a single number

If weight is one of the measures requested in your check-in, record it as instructed and provide relevant context. A single reading is not a complete account of a person’s progress, health or consistency.

Use the fields and questions in your own check-in rather than assume that every member must collect the same set of measurements or photographs. Describe how the routine fits your life and raise concerns. The service does not guarantee a particular rate of change.

Bring clear questions into the review

Before submitting, identify the two or three things you most want clarified. Ask about a food substitution, the timing of workouts around your schedule or an exercise you do not understand. Explain what you have tried and what constraint remains.

If you have new symptoms, pain or a medical concern, seek appropriate healthcare advice rather than wait for a routine coaching review. Fitness and nutrition coaching does not replace medical assessment.

Understand the limits of progress support

The review process gives a structured point for professional oversight. It is not a promise of continuous live monitoring, unlimited video sessions or an immediate reply at any hour.

Membership remains £29.99 per month and includes your starting package, app access and progress support. If your circumstances have changed substantially or you need a different level of supervision, discuss what is appropriate with Mark.

Questions before joining

How often should I check in?

The advertised process is every two weeks. Submit your check-in so it can be reviewed.

Should I wait until I have had a perfect fortnight?

No. An honest account of difficulties can help make the review more useful.

Is a check-in a medical consultation?

No. It is part of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
