Your starting package brings together personalised calorie and macronutrient targets, a seven-day meal plan, the matching shopping list, personalised training guidance and app access. Lifestyle guidance and professional oversight from Mark Phillips are part of the service. Progress reviews take place every two weeks after you submit your check-in.
These are connected parts of one membership, rather than separate paid add-ons. The food plan describes what you will eat; the shopping list connects those meals to the ingredients you need. Your exercise guidance takes account of the ability, time and equipment you describe.
Groceries are not included in the subscription. You buy the food on your shopping list yourself, so your preferred supermarket, household needs, pack sizes and existing cupboard ingredients will affect your spending.
There is no requirement to purchase a gym membership, supplements or equipment from the shop to join. If you choose optional equipment or another service, that is a separate purchase. Private one-to-one personal training is a different service and should not be assumed to be included.
After subscribing securely through Stripe, complete your personal questionnaire. Your preferences, goals, routine and current activity provide the context needed to prepare the package. Once the completed questionnaire has been received and checked, delivery will normally be within 24 hours.
That is not a promise of delivery 24 hours after payment regardless of missing information. If details need clarification, the package may take longer. Read the getting-started page before subscribing if you want to understand the sequence.
Compare what you need help with. A meal-plan download, live supervised personal training and an online membership can have different prices because they provide different kinds of support. ShapeShifters Pro includes planning and reviews, but it is not unlimited live supervision.
Think about whether you will complete the questionnaire, use the plan and submit check-ins. No price can guarantee a particular weight-loss result. Individual circumstances and consistency affect outcomes.
The membership is monthly, with no long-term contract. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the site’s published policy; review those terms before paying, and ask Mark if you need something clarified.
