SHAPESHIFTERS PRO · REAL-LIFE ROUTINES

Restart after previous diets with a clearer, more realistic routine

If earlier plans were difficult to maintain, the next step is to understand where they stopped fitting your life. ShapeShifters Pro brings personalised food planning, training guidance and progress support together, without promising a quick fix or a guaranteed result.

£29.99/month · No joining fee · Cancel anytime. Ask Mark a question first.

Look at what became difficult, without making it a character judgement

A plan can become hard to follow because of cost, cooking time, hunger, work, family responsibilities or unrealistic expectations. Explain which parts of past routines were practical and which were not.

This is useful information for your questionnaire. You do not need to claim that you will suddenly have more time, enjoy different food or train every day. Describe the circumstances you have now, rather than the schedule you think you ought to follow.

Choose a starting point you can explain and repeat

Your package includes personalised calorie and macronutrient targets, a seven-day meal plan and a matching shopping list. Ask how the foods and quantities connect with your targets so you understand the instructions.

Tell Mark about meals you want to keep, your preferred supermarket, available preparation time and equipment. If a part of the plan is unclear or impractical, raise it. Personalisation relies on accurate information and discussion; it is not a guarantee that every first suggestion will suit every week.

Avoid turning one disrupted day into a new extreme plan

An unexpected meal, a missed workout or a busy week is something to describe, not a reason to invent a severe restriction or punishment session. Ask for guidance on returning to the routine instead of improvising a compensating diet.

The membership does not promise rapid weight loss, a metabolic reset or a particular timeline. Previous experiences and current health circumstances differ, and progress cannot be predicted from a marketing claim.

Use check-ins to discuss consistency as well as outcomes

Submit your progress check-in every two weeks. Explain what you actually followed, what changed and which questions you want answered. A precise example, such as lunches being difficult to store at work, gives a clearer starting point than saying the whole plan failed.

Follow the instructions provided for any measurements requested in your check-in. Do not assume a single number describes all your progress or health. Honest reporting helps make the review relevant, including when the fortnight was untidy.

Know what coaching can and cannot provide

ShapeShifters Pro is £29.99 per month and includes personalised planning, workout guidance, app access, lifestyle guidance and progress reviews after submitted check-ins. There is no joining fee; groceries and optional equipment are separate.

It is not treatment for an eating disorder or a substitute for healthcare. If previous dieting involved distress, disordered eating or a condition needing specialist care, speak to an appropriate healthcare professional and discuss suitability before buying a general coaching membership.
